AI-generated proposals and suggestions are provided for your assistance. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and editing all submitted content. PitchPoint.AI is not liable for any results or consequences from using generated output.

4. Billing and Subscription

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Plans may include usage limits. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time. Free trials may be revoked at our discretion.

5. Account Termination

You may cancel your account anytime. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if misuse is suspected.

6. Data & Privacy

Your data is stored securely and processed according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your content without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
